15/08/2009“It is a pity that the west is exaggerating the event,” Turan was told by the head of the international department of the President’s Administration, Novruz Mammadov, who commented on the numerous appeals to release the bloggers Adnan Hajizadeh and Emin Milli.
“The bloggers were arrested for hooliganism, and they will be released in a couple of months. Nobody should politicize the matter,” Mammadov said.
He said the question will be settled within the law. “We do not want pressure on us and we reject attempts to misuse the situation,” he said.
