On July 23, in Baku Sabail Court the case raised by lawyers of Adnan Hajizada and Emin Milli against the police was listened to. The process was held behind closed doors and judge Famil Nasibov was presiding over the case.
According to lawyers, the detained faced a poor treatment while in Sabail Police Station and also their rights for defense were abused.
