The Lawyers demanded Adnan Hajizada's participation in the processToday the appeal process regarding the change in arrest decision of two youth activists Adnan Hajizada and Emin Milli in Baku Appeals Court has been postponed. The judges Mirpasha Hasanov and Jalal Ramazanov were supposed to preside in the process.
According to the information provided by lawyer Isakhan Ashurov to qaynar.info, the closed process started without Adnan's participation. Even though Emin Milli was participating in the process, Adnan Hajizada was not brought to the court. The lawyer objected to the fact and raised the issue of Adnan's participation.
The judge agreed with the complaint.
The next Appeal courts was scheduled for July 20. The court will regard Emin Milli's appeal at 2:30 PM and Adnan Hajizada's appeal at 3 PM.
